Review:
I’m a big, giant fan of Nicky Wells, and always look forward to her books. Which is good, because damn she can write fast – and well! Her books all have the rock theme to them, and Fallen For Rock gives us rock n’ roll, romance, and an unexpected connection with a new rock band. What I liked about this book was that there were times where I was wondering what the hell Emily was doing. If she still wanted to be with her ex, why is she gallivanting with this band and acting like a …let’s put it nicely… a groupie. And then I thought – this is real life. This wasn’t a “life is always so pretty” novel, it was realistic and that’s what kept drawing me to it. It’s also a quick little read that will keep you on your toes, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself while reading it. Get Nicky Wells on your list!
