Beyonce Welcomes Baby Girl

Finally! After rumors and speculation that Beyonce had given birth, it has finally been confirmed that her baby was born on Saturday in New York. Her hometown paper, the Houston Chronicle, announced the new. According to People.com, sources have confirmed the baby girl’s name is Blue Ivy Carter.  Beyonce’s little sister, Solange Knowles, tweeted Sunday morning about the news: “The most beautiful girl in the world.” Good Morning America reported the baby was born via C-section.

The middle name of Ivy has been cleared up by GMA. The number 4 or “IV” is special to Beyonce, 30 and husband Jay-Z (Shawn Carter), 42, because their birthdays are September 4 and December 4 respectively, they were married on April 4, 2008, and Beyonce’s latest album is even titled 4.

This is the first child for Beyonce and husband Jay-Z.

Jessica Simpson Confirms Pregnancy

Well, hallelujah. Jessica Simpson has finally confirmed that her large baby bump is indeed a baby bump. I was getting worried there. The singer and fashion designer, 31, tweeted a photo of herself on Monday wrapped up as a mummy––holding her baby bump a la Beyonce at the VMA’s. The caption? “It’s true – I’m going to be a mummy!” Haha. Oh, dear. This will be the first child for Simpson and fiancé Eric Johnson, a former NFL athlete. The couple were engaged in November.

Alyssa Milano Welcomes Son

And baby makes three! One of my favorite actresses and sports enthusiasts, Alyssa Milano, welcomed son Milo Thomas Bugliari on Wednesday morning. According to People.com, Milo was born at 9:27 a.m. He weighed 7 lbs., and was 19 inches long. This is the first child for Milano, 38, and husband Hollywood agent David Bugliari, who married in 2009.

Beyonce is Pregnant!

Well, this news just excites me- Beyonce is pregnant! The dynamite pop diva, 29, showed off her baby bump at the MTV Video Music awards, teasingly saying, “I have a surprise!” This will be the first child for Beyonce and husband Jay-Z , 41, who have been married for three years. No word was given on a due date. What do you think about this breaking baby news?

A Boy for Natalie Portman!

It’s a boy for Natalie Portman! People.com revealed that the Oscar winning actress, 30, and her fiancé, Benjamin Millepied, welcomed a baby boy into their lives. No word on the name or any other details as of yet have been released. This is the first child for the couple, who met on the set of Black Swan.

Pink Welcomes Baby Girl

Pink is thinking pink! The singer and her husband, Carey Hart, welcomed a baby girl on Thursday in Los Angeles. Pink posted this to her Twitter account: “We are ecstatic to welcome our new beautiful healthy happy baby girl, Willow Sage Hart. She’s gorgeous, just like her daddy. #beyondblessed.” This is the first child for Pink, 31, who confirmed her pregnancy in November.

Tina Fey Pregnant

Congratulations are in order for power woman Tina Fey. The 30 Rock star announced on a Wednesday taping of The Oprah Winfrey Show that she is expecting. This will be the second child for Fey, 40, and her husband, composer Jeff Richmond. The baby will join five year old daughter Alice. Reps confirmed to People.com that Fey is five months along. The taping of Fey’s appearance on Oprah will air April 12^th.

Jessica Alba Pregnant

Jessica Alba is gearing up for baby number 2! The actress, 29, announced via Facebook today that she and husband Cash Warren are expecting. Her post read: “I thought I’d drop by to let you all in on some exciting news – Honor is going to be a Big Sister! Cash and I are thrilled and wanted to share the news directly with you so you didn’t hear about it somewhere else. I appreciated all of the love and support you all gave me during my first pregnancy and will definitely appreciate it again this time around. Have a great day!” Jessica and Cash married in 2008 and had daughter Honor Marie a month later, in June.

Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Welcome Baby Girl

Well this is shocking! Just one day after attending the Golden Globe’s, the Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman announced they have welcomed a new baby girl! No, Nicole was not hiding the most magnificent baby bump of all time, Faith Margaret Kidman Urban, was born via a surrogate on December 28^th. Usmagazine.com reported the news, and said that daughter is Urban and Kidman’s biological daughter. The couple, who have been married since 2006 and have two year old daughter Sunday Rose, said in a statement, “Our family is truly blessed, and just so thankful, to have been given the gift of baby Faith Margaret. No words can adequately convey the incredible gratitude that we feel for everyone who was so supportive throughout this process, in particular our gestational carrier.”

Kate Hudson Pregnant with Rocker Boyfriend

Alright Hollywood, you are officially out of control. Who else joined in with the baby party this week and announced they were pregnant? If you guessed Kate Hudson, you were right! Sources confirmed with People.com that the actress is expecting with boyfriend Matthew Bellamy. The couple has been dating for about nine months, and he is the frontman for the rock band Muse. Hudson, 31, also has a seven year old son, Ryder, with ex-husband Chris Robinson.
