Cheers for Taylor Swift! Swift has broken the record for longest charting album of the century. Wow. Her self-titled debut, which was released in October of 2006, has now spent 157 weeks on Billboard’s Top 200 charts. The nineteen year old country crooner has surpassed records previously set by both Nickelback and Shania Twain.
Swift will be hosting Saturday Night Live on November 7th, and will also perform on the CMA Awards. She has been nominated for the CMA’s Entertainer of the Year award, making her the youngest in history to be nominated.
