#ChickLitMay: Find Your Next Chick Lit Read!

May is International Chick Lit Month. Let’s be honest—it’s the best month of the year! Every year, chick lit readers and writers get together to celebrate, share, discuss and gush about their favorite book genre. Not familiar with chick lit or Chick Lit Month? Visit internationalchicklitmonth.com for more information.

This year marks the fifth anniversary of ICLM. To celebrate, a bunch of enthusiastic authors got together and made an infographic to help readers find their next chick lit read.

We’re giving away 19 ebooks to 19 lucky readers. Just enter to win the books you’d like to read!

To enter, comment on the blog post below, listing which books from the graphic you’d like to read and WHY you would like to read them. (Make sure to include your email address so we can contact you.) Entrants can only enter once per blog, but can check out other blogs with this same post and comment there for extra entries! All those links are down below.

Entries close on midnight Friday, May 22 (Pacific Daylight Time), and winners will be contacted directly on May 31.

Good luck everyone—and happy reading! 😀

    The books I’d like to read:
    1. At the Edge of the Sea by Karen M. Cox because the excerpt is captivating.
    2. The Postcard by Lily Rose Graham because the cover is super marvelous.
    3. Molly Miranda: Thief for Hire by Jillianne Hamilton because the title is intriguing.

    I’d Love to win Mr Right and Other Mongrels by Monique McDonell & Set Me Free by Jennifer Collin because those distant shores are my shores! I love reading Aussie authors!

    I’d love to win Caching In by Tracy Krimmer as I’ve been fascinated with the idea of caching since Colleen Hoover introduced it to me.

    I’d love to win Blogger Girl by Meredith Schorr – what more could a chick lit loving book blogger want than a book about a chick lit loving book blogger!

    I’d love to win The Postcard by Lily Graham because I love the cover. Then I looked up the synopsis and it sounds beautiful.

    I would love to read any in the “light and bright” and the “laughs guaranteed” categories because I’m really in the mood for light, funny romances. I love fluffy, romantic books for summer because it’s such a busy time and they just make me happy and are easy to read. Oh, they all look so good! Thanks for the giveaway! Katie

    So many books I want to read, I’m swooning! I would actually like to read them all because I love all chicklit, but I will try to narrow it down.

    Deeper Themes:
    The Postcard, The Trouble with Dying, The Same But Different, 30 First Dates – because they each look good.

    Laughs Guaranteed:
    French Twist – I’ve read about this one and entered a giveaway for it, but didn’t win;
    Miss Adventure and Thief for Hire – both sound like good premises for fun;
    32 Going on Spinster – because I’ve been there and years later I still am.

    On Distant Shores:
    Mr. Right and Other Mongrels – because I love dogs.

    Light and Bright:
    Wedding Haters – because it looks cute, and my nephew is getting married this summer 🙂
