Review:

I was super excited to read my first book from Tracy Krimmer, as we have become virtual friends via good ole social media. Caching In I was curious about because I’ll be honest – I had never heard of geocaching before this and was intrigued to find out more. I did a lot of Googling on my own to learn about it because I didn’t think we got a ton of information from the book itself, but it was quite interesting to learn about! But in addition to learning something new, I highly enjoyed this story.

Ally stumbles into geocaching kind of by accident and meets a guy in the process. His story was pretty darn intriguing because he has a backstory that we slowly learn about throughout the book that I found fascinating yet so sad. What I also really found interesting was the dynamic between Ally and her best friend Chelsea. Sometimes I honestly couldn’t tell you what I felt about both these women and how their friendship worked, but it made it really real to me, and I always appreciate that while reading.

To wrap this up, I enjoyed all the sub-plots along the way, I connected with Ally immediately, and I learned something new while reading. Highly recommend!
