My Review
In Her Bones is a crime thriller that left me with a new question at the end of nearly chapter. Edie Beckett, daughter of a serial killer, is in the middle of it all, trying to find normalcy – until she finds herself a murder suspect as well. The first half of this book is I won’t say is dull by any means, but it really kicks up after the halfway mark, and the ending was nearly impossible to put down as more and more plot twists were being thrown at us. I didn’t actually mind the slow pacing in the beginning though, because it was a great buildup for quite the intense ending. This one wasn’t my favorite crime thriller, but a good one that kept me hooked throughout.
