About the Book
All it took was one little white lie to send Millie’s world spiraling out of control. Now she’s entangled in a web of lies. It’s really not a good time for her to fall in love. But when a tall, dark, and charming man comes into her life, she’s in danger of doing just that anyway. If she’s going to have a shot with the man of her dreams, she has to find a way out of the mess she’s in first. But that’s going to be easier said than done.
My Review
One Little Lie was an enjoyable read about the dangers of, well, lying. When Millie’s ex tells one little lie to their friends, it spreads into Millie lying about losing her job, her license, and even going vegetarian. Have questions about that part? I would recommend to read the book because there were plenty of humorous moments in here, and Millie was a fun female lead to follow. There was even a little bit of mystery thrown into the storyline which I thought was interesting, and the dynamic between Millie and her siblings really brought another layer to the story. Overall, I stayed engaged throughout and was cheering Millie on throughout the way.
