Oh my. Sometimes I like to get out of my comfort zone with my reading choices. Get out of my box. And that was my thought process with The Widow. And wow, was I not disappointed. Thrilling from the first page, I got lost in the world of a missing young girl, sex offenders and chat rooms, and a wife that is holding on to a plethora of secrets. It was twisted, it was heart-pounding, it was beautifully written and insanely hard to put down. I encourage you that even if you are like me and stick with chick lit and some lighter fiction, step outside of your comfort zone and pick this one up. It will have you thinking, talking, and wondering. A must read.
