I’ve been so excited to read this one, because I know Nikki Lynn Barrett pretty well from the book blogging community. If you haven’t visited her book blog Storm Goddess Book Reviews – you should! Anywho, I was excited to read her offering, and I’m so happy I did! This story had so much depth – a tragedy, a romance, a mystery. The suspense aspects really heightened the book, and I actually got goosebumps a few times – especially the night I was reading in a thunderstorm! This book is the first in a trilogy, and I’m so excited to read the next ones!

I’m an avid lover of books. I’ve been writing as far back as I can remember, completing my first “book” by fifth grade in one of those one subject spiral notebooks.
