Stop and Blog the Roses: A 2013 Weekly Calendar and Gratitude Journal for the Feisty, the Fabulous and the Old Souls Everywhere is based on lawyer turned blogger Fern Ronay’s ChicagoNow.com blog, where for 365 days straight she wrote a personal essay concluding with three things for which she was grateful. 54 of those entries are now part of a book/gratitude journal/weekly calendar. The best description of Roses? If Sex and the City and Chicken Soup for the Soul had a love child, it’d be Roses. Check out the ‘Look Inside’ feature on Amazon to see what the book is all about. Why not give yourself a gift this year? Keep Roses on your nightstand and make 2013 a year of gratitude!
I have two signed print copies of Stop and Blog the Roses by Fern Ronay for giveaway! To enter, please just leave a comment below sharing a New Years Resolution. Winners will be chosen on Monday, December 31. Please note this is open to US residents only. Thanks to Fern Ronay for hosting this giveaway!
**The winners are Michelle & Linda Kish!**
One of my biggest resolutions for 2013 is to enjpy life and stop stressing the small stuff.
My resolution is to get my knee to bend correctly again.

I do not believe in resolutions, rather, I am working on selecting a few words that describe my character and really pouring my heart and soul into renewing my mind and living a life that I am excited about every day! My power words for 2013 are: feisty, forthright and warmhearted. I am hell-bent on making 2013 the best year yet by strutting out my door everyday, with my head held high bearing the true nature of my soul.
Happy New Year!
-Elizabeth
My main resolution is to think more positively. I am so tired of all the sadness in the world…I want to focus on the positives!

I’m not a big believer in New year’s Resolutions but I do have a goal of reading more books off of my To Be Read pile 🙂
Thanks for the great giveaway.
My resolution:
Material things do not matter they are replaceable. . .the past few months have proved not to sweat the small stuff. . . Life is too precious and to enjoy each day to the fullest!. . .
Congrats on your book! I can’t wait to read!
I will be hitting a big milestone birthday in a year and a half and I have vowed to get healthier – so eating right and exercising are my plans for 2013. I want to be a healthy ?0 year-old.
