It’s been ten years since the Wakefield twins graduated from Sweet Valley High, and a lot has happened. For a start, Elizabeth and Jessica have had a falling out of epic proportions, after Jessica committed the ultimate betrayal, and this time it looks like Elizabeth will never be able to forgive her. Suddenly Sweet Valley isn’t big enough for the two of them, so Elizabeth has fled to New York to immerse herself in her lifelong dream of becoming a serious reporter, leaving a guilt-stricken Jessica contemplating the unthinkable: life without her sister. Despite the distance between them, the sisters are never far from each other’s thoughts. Jessica longs for forgiveness, but Elizabeth can’t forget her twin’s duplicity. Uncharacteristically, she decides the only way to heal her broken heart is to get revenge. Always the ‘good’ twin, the one getting her headstrong sister out of trouble, Elizabeth is now about to turn the tables…

I think i’m more of an elizabeth, and if they made this into a movie which they def. should, i would cast Ali Larter.
Well, in my younger, wilder days, I’d say I was a bit of both (but not bitchy like Jessica, just wild & fun). Nowadays, I’m more Elizabeth!
If they made a movie, I think Kirsten Bell would be a good fit!
I have posted this on Facebook!
I was definitely a Jessica in my youth, but am Elizabeth now! I read all the books, and have actually kept some which I have passed on to my daughter! I also think Ali Larter would be a GREAT choice for an actress, or Drew Barrymore. Either one of these ladies could absolutely be convincing in both rolls and they suit the appearance expectations us loyal fans have!
I’m more of an Elizabeth
Jessica Simpson or Sierra Miller, maybe
I am definitely an Elizabeth. I also say that Ali Larter would be a great fit to play those two!
I loved these girls when I was younger. From Sweet Valley Twins to Sweet Valley High! I was and am an Elizabeth through and through, and besides I always liked her boyfriend better anyway! I remember on top of the books I had the board game. Anyways, I think Brittany Daniels and her twin (the ladies who palyed the Sweet Valley twins on the TV series), would do excellent in the movie version.
I’m more of an Elizabeth I believe. Maybe with a little dash of Jessica thrown in occasionally. 🙂
I think Reese WItherspoon and Jessica Simpson would be great together if this were ever made into a movie.

Jade- I watched the TV series as well and agree Brittany Daniels and twin would make a good fit! It seems that Ali Larter is pretty popular choice as well!
this looks like a great book! i’m going to put it on my to-read list on goodbooks. (:
I’m so excited for this book! Thanks for the opportunity to win! 🙂
I was definitely a Jessica back in Junior High and High School, but now I’m an Elizabeth. 🙂
I, too, think Ali Larter would be great!
I am definitely an Elizabeth – type A personality for sure. I don’t follow actresses/celebs much so I don’t have too many ideas for a good actress to play them but when Gwyneth Paltrow looks like my mental image of Elizabeth.
I will share on fb, blog, and goodreads.com. I would say I am most like an Elizabeth always prepared and on top of things.
Cast:
Alice Wakefield: Katherine (From Seventh Heaven)
Mr. Wakefield: Steven Collins
Stephen Wakefield: Topher Grace
Elizabeth/Jessica Wakefield: Reese Witherspoon
I’m definitely more of an Elizabeth, and my (non-twin) sister is a Jessica. I love these stories, they got me through my early teens- such nostalgia to have them back in my life.
As for the film version- if it’s the version with them as adults I’d love to see Ali Larter involved. If they’re younger, someone like Jennifer Lawrence would be amazing.
PS I loooooooooooove the idea of Topher Grace as Stephen Wakefield.
Hmm….I think I’m an Elizabeth, if forced to chose. For a movie, I’d cast Natalie Portman as Elizabeth, and Amy Adams as Jessica.
I’m so excited I won! Thank you VERY much! 🙂
