Jillian Michael’s Fitness Ultimatum 2009

jillian-michaels-fitness-ultimatum-2009I am so excited to buy Jillian Michael’s Fitness Ultimatum 2009 for my Wii system. This interactive system with The Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michael’s has four different types of workouts one can choose: weight loss, strength training, intervals, and hill climb modes. Users are able to set their intensity and duration of workouts. The customization is great on this program, and you can see your statistics such as weight, calories burned; and see gym alternatives, traveling workouts, food substitutions, and cooking tips. This looks like a great workout, and I think it will be more of a challenge than the Wii fit because the variety and customization that users can utilize. I will post my review as soon as I try it out!

    I’ve found that increasing the amount of exercise each day and watching what you eat greatly increases your fat burning efforts.

    I’ve only just found this post and think it’s a fantastic idea. Only the other day my 6yr oldd son was ptnuitg his apple (cut into quarters) back together. I never thought to actually take it further and make the apple into a more difficult puzzle. Guess what’s happening to his apple today! Thanks heaps for sharing.
