Looks like Miley Cyrus’s younger sister is following in her footsteps. Noah Cyrus, who is nine years old, dressed as- well it looks to be a dominatrix at the 2009 Dream Halloween event in Los Angeles. I am not sure why a nine year old thinks they need to dress this way, or why the parents would allow her to step foot out of the house looking like that. The internet is abuzz with backlash over this too mature costume, and I agree with every post. First we have to see sixteen year old Miley grind on a stripper pole at the Teen Choice Awards, now we get to deal with her younger siblings dressing way too sexy. All I wonder when I see this is why does Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus think this is okay? Are they that hungry to get their picture taken and make sure their family is in the news that they will subject their daughters to the media scrutiny that they had to have known was going to follow? What a shame.
