But Walters Most Fascinating Person- First Lady Michelle Obama. Walters and Obama talked about the importance of promoting healthy living and trying to beat childhood obesity. Obama recently started a vegetable garden on the White House Lawn and holds health fairs with exercise stations for children. The First Lady is a fan of working out herself, and often shows off some seriously sculpted arms. She told Walters on working out, “I really started right after I had Malia, our oldest, and some of that was, you know, in all honesty it was a little sort of revenge because I’m married to a man who has worked out all of his life. And regardless of how busy he is, he finds the time to work out. And there was a point at which I got a little resentful of that.”

Kendra Wilkinson is in labor! E! News has reported that the reality star is in labor and could give birth any minute to her first son with husband NFL star Hank Baskett. The couple are expecting a boy, and plan to name him Hank Baskett IV.

Miley Cyrus Quitting Pop Music

Miley Cyrus is done with pop music. The singer, 17, says she wants to be…edgier. Usmagazine is reporting that Cyrus said, “I kinda want this to be my last record for a little while and … take a break.” She is currently working on “her last pop album.” After taking a break, she said she wants to explore other musical styles and create “something edgier.”
People.com reported that Cyrus will be teaming up with Poison frontman Bret Michaels, remaking the popular 80’s ballad “Every Rose Has It’s Thorn.” Her rep confirms that she had recorded her version of the song in New York.

Tila Tequila Claiming She is Engaged

Is Tila Tequila really engaged? The reality star, recently making headlines claiming she was a victim of domestic abuse, is now saying she is getting married to Casey Johnson, heiress to Johnson & Johnson Company. The 27 year old said this, “This is exclusive and going to be all over the news tomorrow, but because I love you guys so much, we are giving you the exclusive first — Tila army fans — tonight, my girlfriend has asked me to marry her!” About her ring she says is a “17-carat diamond ring from my baby. It’s so fat you can’t even see it! So yeah, my baby got me this 17-carat ring. My baby takes care of me. Beat that J.Lo! Beat that Khloe and Lamar! Casey Johnson and Miss Tila Tequila are officially engaged. Woo!” Usmagazine also reports that Tila said the ring is “not fake, because my baby is a f****** baller. She’s a billionaire! She’s the heiress of Johnson and Johnson. Anyway, we are going to make love tonight for our honeymoon.” The bizarre, rambling video posted to USTREAM showed Tila wearing black lingerie, and making out with Johnson as the video ended. Real deal, or another publicity stunt?

Tom Brady & Gisele Bundchen Welcome a Son

It’s a boy! NFL star Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen welcomed a son on Tuesday night. People.com reported that Brady announced the birth to reporters on Wednesday, calling the birth, “a wonderful experience in my life.”
Bundchen, 29, and Brady, 32, married in a private ceremony in Los Angeles in February, then again in April for family and friends at Bundchen’s Costa Rican estate.
This is the first child for Bundchen, and the second for Brady, who has a son with actress Bridget Moynahan.

Tyler Perry’s Mother Dies

Tyler Perry, actor and producer, has lost his mother. Willie Maxine Perry passed away at age 64. This message was posted to Perry’s website on Tuesday, “Willie Maxine Perry. February 12, 1945 to December 8, 2009. Thank you for all your prayers.” Perry, 40, had credited his mother, a preschool teacher in New Orleans, for being the inspiration for the popular ‘Madea’ character, according to People.com.
There were no immediate details about her death.

Why You Shouldn’t Skip Lunch

We all know that eating breakfast gives you fuel to get you through the day, but what does lunch do for you? More than you may think. Marisa Moore, R.D., a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association says, “What you eat can determine how much energy you’ll have for the rest of the day and whether you’ll overdo it at dinner.” Some suggestions were posted to Shape.com for different sceneries that you may come across.
If you hit up the gym instead of eating lunch. Sometimes I take a Pilates class during my lunch hour, or (when the weather was nicer!) take a walk outside of my office. But you should never skip lunch! Instead, try to have a healthy snack (about 100-150 calories) an hour before your workout. Afterwards, try to get some protein to refuel your system, such as a salad with a lean meat. And drink lots of water to stay hydrated!
You don’t have time for a full meal. If you can’t sit down and eat a real meal, it is okay to snack throughout the day- making sure you are keeping it healthy (snacking on Oreo’s doesn’t count!) Some good ideas: low calorie snack packs, applesauce, and raisins.
