I’m excited to share with you my top 10 (or more) purchases I’ve made from Sephora this year. Last year, Andrea Matillano did this video and I loved the idea so much I asked her to collaborate with me. I did some serious hauling in 2020, but these are my top picks from Sephora.
I purchased the Natasha Denona Love palette early in the year, and it has continued to be a top fave. I’ve been a fan of her mini palettes for years, but always held back when it came to her larger ones. When the new midi sized palettes started coming out, I was intrigued and jumped at the chance to try them when I saw these pinky purple tones.
Do not sleep on the Sephora Collection brushes! Even after their recent revamp, they are still high quality. So glad I picked up the Sephora 24, a pretty small blending brush for precise crease work, and the Sephora 80, a large domed bronzer or powder brush this year. For more brush recommendations, check out my recent post on my favorites.
I got such an amazing deal on the Pat McGrath Mothership Divine Rose palette, which is the only reason I own such a pricey palette. There is no chance I would have paid full price! This palette is so beautiful. Some of the shades in this palette just understand me on a deep level, and I could wear them everyday.
The final makeup item I have to share is the Lawless Velvet blush in Vintage Love. Lawless is a brand I really gravitate towards, and this blush has been such a hit for me. It’s a great size for travel, and the nude tones suit so many looks.
The Farmacy Honeymoon Glow was another game changer in my skincare routine in 2020. This product was actually sent to me in PR, but I was so impressed I actually went out and bought more of their products, and wanted to include it in this list anyway. This is an AHA exfoliant serum that resurfaces the skin and has replaced my Drunk Elephant TLC serum. A Farmacy product I purchased myself is the Honey Potion Antioxidant mask. This has been especially beneficial with all of the mask wearing we’re doing this year. After a full day wearing a face mask, my skin is feeling so parched, and this mask from Farmacy really brings that hydration back.
A newer brand available at Sephora, Fable & Mane. I use their hair oil weekly, leaving it in for 10-30 minutes, and can really tell a difference in my hair. After using this oil, my hair feels smoother, and looks shinier.
Finally, the Drunk Elephant Sweet Pitti Deodorant Cream. At first, I thought this was such a strange product. As it is a cream deodorant, it goes on pretty wet feeling, but what I like about it is it doesn’t transfer to my shirts, and it keeps me smelling fresh all day though I do feel that I need to reapply.

I didn’t purchase a lot from Sephora this year… but a new fave came in right at the end of the year… and that is the ND mini retro. I am very new to it, but it is quickly becoming a favorite!
