Review:
Hush Little Baby is one of the most intense books I have read. I actually felt afraid when I picked up my Kindle, so emotionally invested in this story that it was like I felt Gordon could jump out from the pages and be in my living room while I was reading. I was talking to my husband about it and all my friends about it, recommending everyone read this book. The storyline is so gripping, so compelling, that it was impossible not fall into the character’s lives. At the end, I was so sure I was right there in the hospital with Jillian and Gordon. I think the hair on my arms were stick straight for the last four chapters, and I’m not sure I breathed all that well during them either. One of the best books I have read in 2013.
