Awhile back I bought a workout DVD and as a bonus, it came with a toning ring. I’d had my eye on one of these rings for a while, because my least favorite body part of mine is my thighs, and these rings have been compared to a thigh master. What I love most about the toning ring is how convenient it is. You don’t have to do a full blown workout to utilize it and feel the benefits. Often when I’m at my computer, reading a book or typing or even watching a YouTube video, I’ll be exercising away with simply the toning ring. Sometimes I will do a full workout with the ring, or incorporate it into certain exercise moves. But I would say about 80% of my toning ring workouts come from me sitting at my desk, working while working out. For someone who loves multi-tasking, it’s perfect for me!
