My Review
I was so excited to take on the latest Sophie Kinsella novel. I Owe You follows Fixie Farr and she was a loveable character to follow. Always itching to fix things, a total people-pleaser … you definitely wanted to see her succeed, especially when it came to the family business and the way she is often treated by her selfish brother and spacey sister. The concept of having an IOU with a stranger was a fun one, and it was neat to read the author’s note on where that inspiration came from. I had a total blast reading this book, and it sucked me in just as Sophie Kinsella usually does. From the blast from the past crush, the hilarious co-workers, and the fast-paced writing, I had great time from beginning to end with this one. Highly recommend I Owe You One!
