My Review

We never know what happens behind closed doors in a marriage. Imogen is proof of that – even her best friend thinks her marriage is rock solid, so she is completely surprised when Imogen vanishes one day. Imogen knows her husband’s true colors, and knows that in order to regain her life back, she must go to drastic lengths. Imogen was a great lead to follow, strong even though she has been through so much since getting married to Vince. There was plenty of interesting back story of Imogen’s life growing up, and I love how it intersected with her adult life and her current journey. The setting was beautifully written and made me want to see it for myself, and the ending I thought was wonderful. The writing was smart, the plot was engaging, and I highly enjoyed The Missing Wife.
